I have ordered twice from this company and both times I received the wrong size. Customer Service is not very responsive (takes weeks or no response at all) and only offers a gift card. Unfortunately, there are only smaller sizes available on the website. So it’s hard to find something you can purchase. I don’t know where this company is based but it’s giving China vibes. I was told that maybe the dress I purchased had the wrong size label and that I would be sent a return label but that never happened. I decided to keep the dress, have it altered, never purchase from this place again and warn others to not waste their time or money.
My brand colors for my business (@HayThatsMyRealtor) is orange. Finding a nice quality suit in this color was very difficult. I came across this page on IG and saw this suit and had to have it! Thank you for caring this color suit! Please continue to make orange suits because I would buy them all! It was nicely made and shipped fast!
