At Belle Distinguée, we take pride in delivering thoughtfully curated pieces designed to elevate your wardrobe. Due to the limited nature of our collections, we kindly ask that customers review our return policy prior to completing their purchase.
Store Credit Policy
Belle Distinguée does not offer refunds or direct exchanges. Approved returns will be issued in the form of store credit only, allowing you the flexibility to select another piece at your convenience. Store credits are issued electronically and may be applied toward any future purchase on our website.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for store credit, returned merchandise must meet the following conditions:
- The return request must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and free from any damage, stains, fragrances, or alterations.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including any tags or accompanying materials.
Return packages must be postmarked within 7 days of the delivery date. Returns submitted or postmarked after this period will not be accepted.
Inspection & Approval
All returned merchandise is subject to inspection upon receipt. Belle Distinguée reserves the right to approve or deny any return that does not meet the eligibility requirements outlined in this policy.
Once your return is received and reviewed, please allow 21–30 business days for processing. You will be notified via email once your return has been approved or declined.
Discounted & Promotional Items
If an item purchased during a sale or promotional event is returned, the original promotional value cannot be transferred or applied to future purchases. Store credit will reflect the amount originally paid for the item.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and may use their preferred shipping carrier. Belle Distinguée is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return shipments, therefore we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
