At Belle Distinguée, we are committed to delivering your order as efficiently and securely as possible. Please review the shipping details below before placing your order.


Order Processing

All orders require processing time before shipment.

Please allow 7–14 business days for order processing. Processing time refers to the period required to prepare, package, and transfer your order to the shipping carrier.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

During periods of high demand, promotions, or holiday seasons, processing times may extend up to 4 weeks.

Processing times do not include shipping transit time.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer several shipping options for customers within the United States.

Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days

Express Shipping
Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days

Expedited Overnight Shipping
Available for orders placed before 12:00 PM PST.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin once your order has been shipped.


International Shipping

Belle Distinguée proudly ships to select international destinations.

Standard International Shipping
Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days

International orders are shipped with prepaid duties and taxes where applicable.

DHL Express Worldwide
Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on customs processing in your destination country.


Pre-Order Items

From time to time, Belle Distinguée may offer select styles as pre-order pieces.

Pre-order items are not immediately available for shipment and require additional production time.

Estimated shipping timeframe for pre-order items:
4–6 weeks

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may ship once all items are available unless otherwise specified.


Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Belle Distinguée is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • shipping carrier delays
  • weather disruptions
  • customs processing
  • holidays
  • high shipping volume periods

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are determined by the carrier.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Belle Distinguée is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once the shipment has been marked as delivered by the carrier.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Belle Distinguée is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
